Transcripted Struggle

Tip Tap Tip Tap,
The sound that I hear everyday,
of my little ambitious steps.

The sound faints as the day continues,
As though someone purposely turned down its volume.

Realising the sound was almost gone,
An alarmed hand reached the toggle and turned it the opposite way,
With hopes that it would go back to the high frequency it was before,
But the force it needed was much more,
The force it needed was not there.

It has always been a steady start,
a wobbly journey and then
a little fall down a drain,
TUMP,
"Ouch..."


but then I realised the pain is just temporary,
and so I got up again,
patched my wound,
and continued the climb,
with renewed spirit,
and implying more force,
As the gravity pulls stronger that it ever did,
"Break a leg!",I cheered to my reawaken ambitious soul.
